This doesn't effect me in the slightest since I haven't actually played in quite some time (I just hang around to give advice), but that seems like an awful paltry compensation after what a lot of players suffered through in the past few weeks. You recently had the website taken down for a period of time and failed to compensate the entire playerbase and a few days later lost the domain for several hours which, of course, affected your playerbase yet again. The EU servers missed most if not all of their nightly events and the US servers missed Beasts up through KD depending on how quickly they were able login.
That is from S13-14 where only Oga was able to take part in KC and who happened to be a member of the guild that currently has KD. Nobody was able to assault the wall that night.
I'll give it to you that the vitality reward is spot on but the silver reward is rather low and most players lost out on their coupons for the evening. Add this to the fact that you are responsible for making sure that your game is available at all times (outside of maintenance) and you have fallen far short of doing your duty to your faithful base.
Like I said, none of this affects me since all I do is pop in to help people out on my server but there is a general amount of frustration with how you handle yourself and that reflects on the company. If there is an outage, take responsibility and let your players know on the spot that there is a problem and that it is being looking into. This is, in fact, the first time you have touched on the topic since it happened well over 24 hours ago. I'm glad to see you eventually said something but I am disappointed in the delay and in the actual compensation.
